Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or Deputy General Manager (DGM) in the Land, Approvals & Permit department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition, approvals, and permit management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the land acquisition process, including site selection, negotiation, and documentation.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient approval of projects.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency of the approvals and permit process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably in land acquisition, approvals, or permit management.
Strong knowledge of land acquisition principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
