Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identification of land parcels, survey numbers and land owners of WTG locations based on the micro siting provided by WRA team. Preparation of footprint / pathway drawing and carrying out the field survey. Engaging, planning and strategizing with local land aggregators / land brokers / land owners for land procurement. Liasioning and negotiating with land Owners for Acquistion of WTG Footprint, pathways etc. Co-ordination with the Revenue Dept. (Commissioner/Collector/ADM/SDM/Tehsildar / patwari etc) and Registration Dept. (SRO, DRO, Land Records department) for land acquisition. Briefing and Coordination with internal and external legal teams for land legal due diligence and untoward litigations. Resolving the title related issues to establish clear title of the land by correction and updating the land records through coordination with revenue, registration dept., banks, local courts, etc. Liaison with local administration for handling ROW issues / litigations in the interest of the project. Liaison with Highways, PWD officials, Discoms, and land Owners for the logistics of crane and Wind turbine blades, towers, transformers, in the project area during erection and commissioning. Identification and finalisation of the Compensatory Afforestation land for forest land diversion cases and acquisition of the same. Preparing application along with necessary documentation for NA Conversion and necessary coordination with concerned department for the same. Basic awareness of wind and solar power projects and thorough understating of the aspect pertaining to land for these projects. Basic knowledge of local Regulations, Acts and Procedures relating to land acquisition. Thorough understating of the categories of land viz. Grant land, Govt. land, Innam land, ST/SC land etc. and procedures to lawfully acquire them. Capability to understand and interpret the land records, revenue records, registration process and conversion process.
