Land Acquisition Manager

To lead strategic initiatives in identifying, acquiring, and managing key land assets that align with our mission to deliver sustainable developments. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in real estate and land acquisition to drive critical decision-making processes, ensuring our projects meet both regulatory and community standards. JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement comprehensive land acquisition strategies to support the company's growth and development goals. Lead negotiations for land purchases, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local government agencies to identify potential acquisition opportunities. Conduct thorough due diligence and feasibility studies to evaluate land parcels, including zoning, environmental assessments, and market analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with development, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on acquisition strategies and requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making. Mentor and develop the land acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful negotiations and project completions. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Demonstrated knowledge of land-use regulations, environmental policies, and zoning laws. Familiarity with GIS and other land analysis tools.
