Job Description

Key Accountabilities: - Experience in Land acquisition for renewable energy projects as per the applicable rules & regulations.: This includes in-depth tasks such as coordinating with local authorities, ensuring land title clarity, handling legal due diligence, and mitigating land-related risks for smooth project execution. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong expertise in **land acquisition, negotiation, and regulatory approvals** for renewable energy projects. - In-depth knowledge of **state and central land laws, environmental clearances, and compliance requirements**. - Ability to **liaise with government bodies, landowners, and legal teams** to secure project approvals, NA conversions as applicable. - Proven experience in **handling large-scale land procurement, risk mitigation, and contract management**. - Excellent **problem-solving, stakeholder management, and documentation skills**. - Experience in post-acquisition compliances such as mutations, diversions if any, demarcation & premise, HOTO of the land to project team for execution and handle the RoW issues.
