Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Land and Liaisoning Manager to oversee land acquisition and manage all regulatory and statutory approvals for our solar and wind energy projects. The role involves close coordination with government authorities, local bodies, and landowners to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire suitable land for solar and wind power projects. Manage land due diligence, legal documentation, and registration processes. Liaise with government departments for necessary permits, approvals, and clearances. Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, landowners, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to land and project development. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Legal/Engineering background preferred). 5+ years of experience in land acquisition and liaisoning, preferably in renewable energy. Strong knowledge of land laws, regulatory processes, and government liaisoning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
