Our mission is to deliver innovative solutions to meet the growing power demands of our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Other responsibilities include creating comprehensive sales plans, leading sales presentations, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and tracking market trends to position the company’s products and services effectively. Qualifications Strong sales, client management, and negotiation skills Experience in business development, market research, and lead generation Ability to develop sales strategies, reports, and forecasts Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office Suite Proven experience in the solar or energy sector is preferred Self-motivation, team collaboration expertise, and results-driven mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
