Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine quality checks on raw wheat, flour, and packaging materials. Perform moisture, ash, gluten, and protein content tests on finished products. Maintain accurate testing records and daily reports. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards. Monitor hygiene and cleanliness in production and lab areas. Support process improvements in quality control and product consistency. Coordinate with production and packing departments to ensure quality parameters are met. Manage and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
