Job Summary

The Sr Product Specialist in ISG will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Labware LIMS systems. With a hybrid work model the candidate will leverage their expertise in Labware LIMS Basic Configuration and Master Data Management to enhance system performance. This role requires a deep understanding of Labware Database Architecture and Version Upgrade processes ensuring seamless integration and functionality.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Labware LIMS systems to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Labware LIMS to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Labware LIMS ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Labware LIMS with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Lead efforts in Labware Version Upgrade ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Labware LIMS processes and configurations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Labware LIMS functionalities and best practices.
  • Implement Labware Master Data Management strategies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Labware Database Architecture.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Labware ELN solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Labware LIMS activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Labware LIMS Basic and Configuration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Labware Master Data Management and Database Architecture.
  • Have experience in Labware Version Upgrade and ELN implementation.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Labware LIMS management.

Certified Labware LIMS Professional Database Management Certification
