Job Description

We are a Mushroom farm, operating out of the Patancheru Industrial area. We are looking for 2 helpers for the day to day activities. Work Description: 1) We store the paddy straw bundles on the ground floor. The person needs to help bring the bundles to the 2nd floor 2) Cutting the paddy straw into small pieces using chaff cutter 3) Filling them into mesh bags for future use 4) Soaking the bags for 2 hours in drums 5) Steaming the bags for sterilization 6) Putting out the hay in the bags for drying 7) After drying, it is filled into plastic bags with holes along with spawn, to help the mushroom grow. This is a daily activity. 8) The bags that have completed 25 days, need to be cut open and top layer filled with soil and moved to another room. 9) Harvesting the mushrooms from the cropping rooms and cleaning them. 10) Keeping the farm clean as per instructions. Timings are 8 to 5. You will be given one weekly off, which can be any day of the week, not necessarily Sunday. Only those candidates willing to work hard and passionate about a stable job and growth need apply. Candidates within 10 km preferred. Everything else can be discussed during the interview.
