A space filled with ambition, Lab45 is the at the vanguard of far-reaching research across cutting-edge technologies About the RoleThe Creative Designer Consultant for the Innovation Hub will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling PPT/Video designs that effectively communicate our brand's message. You will play a key role in visual storytelling, ensuring that our digital and print materials are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Your creativity and innovative ideas will help us stand out in the competitive market. ? Key Role Responsibilities Conceptualizing and producing high-quality graphic/PPT/Video designs for a variety of projects, including branding and marketing materials. Consulting with clients, creative directors, and managers to understand design needs. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines. Utilize design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts. Drafting illustration concepts digitally using specialized design software Creating prototypes of illustration concepts for advertisements, marketing materials, websites, television broadcasts, or publications Introducing prototypes to clients and other stakeholders for feedback and incorporating feedback into final designs Ensure consistency and quality across all design materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work. ? ? Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in a creative design role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creativity and attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. ? Preferred Qualifications: Experience in UI/UX design. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
