Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lab Technician with expertise in Biochemistry , Histopathology , Immunology , Hematology , or Slide Preparation . The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including blood collection from infants to adults, and preparing slides for analysis. This role involves supporting laboratory research and diagnostic procedures with a strong focus on precision and safety. Biochemistry: Conduct biochemical tests to analyze the chemical composition of blood and other biological samples, ensuring accuracy and timely results. Histopathology: Prepare tissue samples for histological analysis, process slides, and assist pathologists in identifying abnormalities or diseases. Immunology: Perform immunological assays and tests such as ELISA, Western Blotting, and other immunoassays to detect antibodies, antigens, or other immune responses. Hematology: Conduct hematology tests, including blood counts, blood smears, and analysis of blood cells, ensuring high-quality results for diagnostic purposes. Slide Preparation: Prepare and stain slides for microscopic examination, ensuring clarity and proper documentation. Blood Collection: Perform blood collection from patients, ranging from infants to adults, while ensuring comfort, safety, and accuracy in specimen collection. Quality Control: Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring all tests meet the required standards and regulations. Documentation: Accurately record and report test results, including maintaining patient records and lab data in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff and other laboratory professionals to ensure timely results and proper patient care. Location: Nashik
