Job Summary

The Product Analyst (ISG) will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing product data to support business decisions. With a focus on Sample Manager Master Data the analyst will ensure data integrity and provide insights for product enhancements. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage Sample Manager Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights for product improvements.
  • Support the installation and upgrade of Sample Manager systems ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Sample Manager functionality ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of product data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Sample Manager functionalities and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of work models that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product management processes.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes by identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of product data management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing among team members.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Sample Manager Master Data and its applications in product management.
  • Demonstrate experience in the installation and upgrade of Sample Manager systems with a focus on seamless integration.
  • Exhibit proficiency in analyzing and interpreting product data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Show a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
