Lab Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods

  in accordance with formulation and technical guidelines.
• Handle a wide range of

  agrochemical formulations

  , including:

• EC

  – Emulsifiable Concentrate

• SL

  – Soluble Liquid

• WP

  – Wettable Powder

• WDG

  – Water Dispersible Granule

• SC

  – Suspension Concentrate

• ZC

  – Mixed formulations (e.g., CS + SC)
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments:

• HPLC

  (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

• GC

  (Gas Chromatography)

• UV Spectrophotometer

• Karl Fischer Titrator

• pH Meter

• Ensure compliance with

  CIPAC, BIS, ISO, and internal SOPs

  .
• Generate and verify

  Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

  .
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per

  GLP

  and

  EHS

  norms.
• Assist with

  method development, standardization

  , and quality troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of

  relevant experience in the agrochemical industry

  .
• Strong command over agrochemical formulation testing and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in

  instrument calibration, operation, and maintenance

  .
• Accurate documentation, reporting, and audit-readiness.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry

  (Agrochemical experience is mandatory)
