L4 - Network & Security

**Role Overview:** As an L4 Network Security Expert, you will collaborate with customer technology teams to provide guidance on utilizing network security services effectively. Your role involves offering subject matter expertise on components like firewalls, IPS, load balancers, and WAF to optimize service commissioning and stabilization. Understanding customer application requirements from a network and security perspective is crucial, along with coordinating with cloud operations and provisioning teams for prompt support and service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and timely delivery as agreed with customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with CxO level and technology leaders to design network and security solutions for multi-tenant private clouds. - Collaborate with business/application support teams to design deployment architecture and ensure on-ground deployment. - Provide advanced support to meet SLA/OLA/TAT parameters and identify areas for automation in network security technologies. - Engage with customer focal to address expectations, drive improvement programs, and maintain customer-specific documentation. - Troubleshoot complex network issues across multiple layers and act as an escalation point for technical expertise. **Qualifications Required:** - Exposure to F5/Citrix NetScaler load balancers, Cisco/Palo Alto/Checkpoint firewalls, and Network Router and Switches like Nexus and ACI. - Technical OEM certifications for Network & Security products or technologies. - Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management tools for testing, monitoring, and event correlation. - Experience in a multi-vendor environment. - Strong problem-solving, conceptual, analytical skills, along with effective teamwork abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Soft skills including interpersonal relationship management and time management. Please note that this position requires a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Computers/IT/Electronics & Telecommunication or relevant streams, with 15 to 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects and operations, preferably in Data Centers, Large IT Setup, Mission Critical IT Infrastructure in Telecom/Banking, Public, and Private Cloud infrastructures.,
