Experience 2 - 7 Years Location Gauhati RO (BACL)Assam Nature of Job Business Support Job role Others Position/Designation Assistant Manager โ Branch Operations Grade/Level L4 Location Guwahati Experience Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC Must have experience in repo sales Qualification Any Graduate/ P.G./M.B.A. Reporting To Area Manager โ Operations Number of Reporters Direct - 0 Indirect โ 0/1 Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities Below are the key activities to be performed by an BOM for the mapped Branch: Walk-in Customer management & query resolution Must have experience in repo sales Cash collection, deposition & maintenance of the accurate records Loan Closure cases updation & closure Reconciliation of Bank Account - open items Coordination with RTO / local authorities for Trade License Renewal Timely updation of Receipts, RC to Core Systems & reconciliation Empanelment of new brokers & Coordination with Brokers for sale of Repossessed Vehicles for the mapped stockyards Monthly audit of receipts updated and received from collection team Laisioning with Various departments such as Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service / Collections Record Keeping and Admin Activities Ensure 100% Compliance of Process and policies Ensure achievement of targets for: PI & Charges collection for the branch Cross sale of Insurance & Lead generation Conduct Service Camps at Branch & Non-Branch locations
