Java L3 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide
L3 production support
for Java-based applications.
Perform
root cause analysis (RCA)
and implement long-term fixes.
Diagnose and resolve
complex application, performance, and scalability issues
.
Work with development teams on
bug fixes, enhancements, and code-level improvements
.
Analyze logs, heap dumps, thread dumps, and performance metrics.
Develop tools/scripts for automation and monitoring improvements.
Ensure
SLAs and uptime commitments
are consistently met.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Dev, QA, Infra, and Product teams.
