Desired Candidate Profile Graduation in technical stream CCNA / CCNP or higher network certification, work experience in managing LAN & WAN solutions Thorough understanding of the OSI network model, TCP/IP networking , IPv4 & IPv6 protocols Thorough understanding of Switching & Routing solutions, L2 & L3 Protocols including BGP Perform level 3 server and network troubleshooting, server rack mounting and cable patching / management Take full ownership for managing the incident to resolution within the service level conditions Ability to prioritize and multitask , Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry leading technical knowledge Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills Good presentation skills Open to work in NOC or 24x7 work environments.
