Roles & Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve system and application errors beyond L1 scope. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Monitor scheduled banking jobs, identifying performance bottlenecks. Address escalated user issues related to applications, databases, or security. Collaborate with L3/L4 teams for critical problem resolution. Required Skill Set: Strong analytical and debugging skills. Experience in incident resolution and system performance analysis. Knowledge of banking systems, job monitoring, and IT operations. Preferred Skill Set: Familiarity with SQL queries and database troubleshooting. Understanding of enterprise-level IT support workflows.
