Job Description

Total 7+ years of experience in IT Operations & Application Support Hands-on experience and proficiency in knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database is desirable Working knowledge with Manage Engine or Service Now is desirable Incidence management and root cause analysis Strong experience in SQL, database tuning, capacity planning based on the performance of the application is a plus Passion for solving complex problems actively that delights the customers Possess good organizational and communication skills with a Can Do attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized Strong & excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to dive in and learn complex systems The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and to provide technical skills support to the team with high collaboration is key Collaborate with team members & other internal teams to resolve or escalate complex technical issues and customer requests quickly and effectively Follow up with customers as appropriate to ensure incidents, requests and problems have been resolved To prioritise tasks and requests in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements Independently prioritise work tasks and meet tight deadlines To work effectively within a team and independently (remotely)
