Job Description

Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of IT Application/product support experience. Managing accounts during integration. Working with product, Tech teams and understanding different product flows. Attending meetings/con calls with different other merchant tech/Business teams. Asking the merchants/clients the targeted questions to quickly understand the root and resolving it under the SLA. Must be having the idea of following ITIL process. Hands on exp with searching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve merchants integration issue.``` Skills: Linux(Mandate) Grep,sed, ssh, process[pid, jobs, kill, top, nice value, cut,sort,tr, mkdir, cd, wild characters] Shell scripting[Mandate] Mysql (strong knowledge on subquery and joins) Basic of oops concept.
