We re hiring an L1 Support Engineer to provide frontline technical support for finance ERP users. You ll troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and ensure seamless financial operations across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and reporting workflows. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy bridging finance processes with ERP technology, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities ERP Support & Troubleshooting : Resolve user issues in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials , SAP FICO , and SAP HANA (e.g., journal entry errors, report discrepancies, access requests). Validate configurations (open periods, approval workflows) and debug integration errors (e.g., payroll/data mapping failures). Ticket Management : Prioritize and resolve incidents/service requests using tools like ServiceNow or Jira , adhering to SLAs. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with detailed documentation. User Enablement : Train users on ERP navigation (e.g., Oracle Fusion dashboards, SAP Fiori apps). Create user guides for recurring tasks like month-end closing or reconciliation. Compliance & System Health : Ensure compliance with financial standards (GAAP/IFRS) and audit requirements. Monitor system performance (e.g., SAP HANA analytics latency, Oracle Cloud outages). What We re Looking For Technical Skills : 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (AP/AR, GL, Fixed Assets) or SAP FICO (Cost Elements, Asset Accounting). Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (Fiori, real-time analytics) and integration tools (Oracle Cloud, SAP HANA Studio). Familiarity with reporting tools (Oracle BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and SQL queries. Understanding of financial processes (e.g., reconciliations, tax configurations). Soft Skills : Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Analytical mindset to isolate root causes (system vs. user errors). Ability to thrive under pressure during critical periods (e.g., month-end closing). Nice-to-Have : Certifications: Oracle Cloud Financials , SAP FICO , or ITIL Foundation . Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and remote support software (TeamViewer).
