L1 Support Engineer

Location: Gujarat, India (various sites)

As an L1 Support Engineer, you’ll:
-Provide first-level technical support for our Automated Test Driving System-Monitor & maintain system performance-Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and escalate when needed-Guide onsite staff on system usage-Work with the operations team to ensure smooth daily test runs

What we’re looking for:
-Proficiency in Windows 10/11, basic coding & networking-Troubleshooting skills (software & hardware)-Mandatory: Ability to drive 2-wheelers & 4-wheelers-Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati)-Self-motivated, responsible, and committed mindset

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
