With a team of industry experts, we deliver reliable and cost-effective charging networks to support the electric revolution. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare Financial Statements: Oversee the creation of key financial documents, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Management Reporting: Generate detailed reports for company executives (CEO, CFO) that provide insights into financial performance, trends, variances, and key metrics (KPIs). Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and advise management on the financial implications of business decisions. 2. Accounting Operations Management Oversee the Accounting Cycle: Manage the entire process, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, general ledger, and treasury management. Month-End and Year-End Close: Lead the timely and accurate closing processes, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled. Supervision: Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants, bookkeepers, and other accounting staff. 3. Compliance & Controls Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. This includes working with external auditors. Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Tax Strategy: Work with internal tax departments or external CPAs to ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate income, sales, and use taxes. 4. Strategic Planning & Advisory Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and create financial forecasts to guide business planning. Cost Analysis: Examine the company's costs and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost reduction. System Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement new accounting software or ERP systems to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities. 5. Audit & Reconciliation Lead Audits: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during annual audits or reviews, preparing all necessary documentation. Account Reconciliations: Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled regularly and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved. Key Skills And Qualifications: Technical Expertise: M ust have past experience in handling Balance Sheet, Company Ledger, expertise in Tally and financial reporting standards. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy is non-negotiable in all aspects of financial recording and reporting. Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel is required and Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus. Integrity & Discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential financial information with the highest ethical standards.
