Job Title: Purchase Executive / Jr. Executive Company: KUSAUTO India Private Limited Location: Sriperumbudur – Mambakkam SIPCOT Industry: Automobile (Indirect Purchase) Experience: 2–4 Years Qualification: Experience in Purchase Handling BE or ANy Degree (Automobile preferred) Job Summary: Responsible for handling indirect procurement, vendor management, SAP operations, cost control, and timely material delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1 Maintain strong relationships with vendors. 2 Evaluate suppliers and develop alternate sources. 3 Handle PR to PO cycle using SAP (MM Module). 4 Coordinate invoices and follow up on payments. 5 Negotiate with vendors for cost savings. 6 Ensure timely delivery of materials. 7 Lead cost-reduction initiatives. 8 Evaluate vendor performance using KPIs. 9 Use SAP for procurement and reporting.
