Job Title: Client Relationship & Lead Generation Executive (Female) Experience: Fresher / Up to 2 years Location: Sahibaug, Ahmedabad Industry: Exhibition & Events Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and confident female candidate with strong English communication skills to join our team. The role involves client interaction, lead generation, and managing end-to-end discussions — from the first contact to final closure. Candidates with prior experience in client handling or business development and those familiar with the exhibition industry will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through databases, networking, and online research. Manage end-to-end client communication from initial outreach to project closure. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design and sales teams. Maintain and update client information in CRM tools or Excel sheets. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for ongoing leads. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client calls, emails, and meetings professionally. Knowledge or interest in the exhibition and event industry is an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office and basic data management. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred).
