Job Description

- Must possess excellent English verbal and written skills: active listener and have ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences - Must be self-starter and proactive, ability to work independently including managing deliverables/tickets, prioritize and multi-task with minimal guidance - Must have strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive deliverables/tickets to closure - Previous experience in a direct support role, working with users of various levels of technical skills - Demonstrated ability to thoroughly analyze trouble reports, debug defects, and then develop high-quality and sustainable solutions - Must be available to work during the US weekday business hours - Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Kronos Workforce Activities (- WFA- ) - Must have knowledge of Kronos hyperfind queries, Kronos RDL reports, and other reporting tools including Kronos Workforce Analytics (- WFAN- ) - 3 or more years of experience supporting and configuring Kronos Workforce Central version 7.x or 8.x is required - At least 1 year developing and supporting interfaces using Kronos Workforce Interface Manager (- WIM- ) with Microsoft SQL Server - Knowledge of configuration of the new v8.x Java-free user interface STRONGLY PREFERRED : - Familiar with using support management tools such as ServiceNow - Experience following change management procedures including: generating change documentation including gathering requirements, writing specifications, and testing - Prior technical or functional experience with Workday Time Tracking/ Time Off/HCM, SAP, or other HR/Time/Payroll applications - Experience with full life-cycle support of various time keeping systems like Kronos or Workday: design, build, deploy, sustain, and retire/deactivate NICE TO HAVE : - Kronos certified, or other certifications including project management, agile, or IT service manangement
