Job Title: Real Estate & Layout Marketing Manager - DTCP/CMDA Location: Annur, Coimbatore Industry: Real Estate / Layout Promotion / Property Development Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Real Estate & Layout Marketing Manager to handle field marketing, branding, layout promotion, and lead generation through offline activities. The candidate must be strong in layout marketing, local networking, and on-ground promotional operations in the Annur–Coimbatore region. Key Roles & Responsibilities:Layout Promotion & Field MarketingPlan and execute marketing activities for layout projects, DTCP/CMDA-approved sites, and new land developments. Conduct field-based promotional work: banners, flex boards, signboards, pamphlet distribution, van campaigns, roadshows, and local advertising. Ensure strong site branding – entrance arches, direction boards, plot marking boards, promotional tents, etc. Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, real estate agents, channel partners, and community influencers to generate leads. Conduct outreach in surrounding villages and high-footfall locations to attract walk-in customers. Branding & Creative CoordinationCoordinate for layout brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials. Ensure branding consistency across all offline channels and project sites. Organize special promotions, weekend campaigns, and on-site sales events. Market Research & StrategyStudy local market trends, competitor layouts, pricing, and customer preferences in Annur, Karamadai, Mettupalayam, and Coimbatore North. Provide management with feedback and insights for pricing, offers, and campaign planning. Sales CoordinationSupport sales teams with walk-in customers, on-ground promotions, and enquiry follow-ups. Help organize site visits and customer meetings. Maintain enquiry registers, track lead conversions, and provide daily/weekly reports. Vendor & Budget ManagementCoordinate with printing vendors, branding contractors, promotion teams, and local partners. Prepare marketing budgets for layout projects and ensure cost-effective execution. Qualifications & Skills:3–7 years of experience in layout/real estate field marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience in offline promotions and local networking. Good knowledge of Annur and nearby markets. Ability to manage multiple projects and field teams. Salary Range:₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives (based on experience).
