Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system. Follow up on open cases to ensure successful resolution. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and address complex issues. Support administrative tasks such as reporting, appointment confirmations, and data entry. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality. Requirements: Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Positive attitude with a calm and professional approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
