Management Partners has offices in Dubai/ UAE, Manama/ Bahrain, Baghdad/ Iraq and Riyadh/ KSA. Role Description: Consultant/Senior Consultant Management Partners is looking for enthusiastic candidate who has ability to collect, organize, store, and then share the information in a manner such that they can be used effectively. Someone, who can develop & support of Knowledge system by designing and implementing in SharePoint by aligning processes and technology to enable effective information sharing. Key activities & responsibilities: 1. Knowledge management (Internal documents, Project References, Qualification Materials, Project Learnings, Training Material, etc.) incl. management in SharePoint 2. Research & Research Coordination (conduct own web research or coordinate with research providers) 3. Training Planning, coordination and management 4. Website content management and updates 5. Creation of newsletter and social media posts 6. Coordination of marketing brochures and qualification decks 7. Content management and maintaining records. 8. Shaping workflows and processes with databases Key Skills: 1. Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English & Arabic. 2. Experience / familiar with Consulting and/ or Market research 3. Experience in Knowledge Management & Training Management 4. Strong copywriting & editing skills 5. Strong Digital Literacy and familiar to manage SharePoint 6. Must have Bachelor’s degree. For UAE based candidates: the work would be onsite or at the client location. For candidates based outside of UAE: candidates would remain based in their home countries (no need for relocation).
