Job Description

This role offers a unique blend of technical, strategic, and creative responsibilities ideal for professionals looking to grow in a structured yet dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Enhance Firm Credentials Research and recommend relevant certifications (IBA, etc.) Track and ensure timely renewals 2. Branding & Document Standardization Develop a Brand Book to standardize client deliverables (reports, PPTs, proposals) Maintain uniformity while complying with ICAI s non-marketing guidelines 3. Communication & Publishing Create and circulate a weekly newsletter and monthly magazine with regulatory and industry updates Liaise with internal teams for content generation 4. RBI & Regulatory Monitoring Stay updated on RBI circulars, guidelines, and notifications Summarize and communicate important updates firm-wide 5. Final Check - Audit & Assurance Review all assurance reports requiring UDIN before final submission Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal guidelines 6. Business Development Support Conduct market and client research, especially for international business channels Shadow partners in BD meetings and assist in proposal preparation 7. SOPs & Benchmarking Create and refine process notes and SOPs Benchmark with best practices from global consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Co.) 8. Internal Training & Testing Organize monthly tests for internal teams on applicable laws and circulars Track performance and knowledge gaps 9. Knowledge Repository Management Maintain a centralized repository of past, current, and future firm assignments and knowledge materials Key Skills & Competencies Research and analytical mindset Strong writing and communication skills Attention to detail and document presentation Familiarity with audit, assurance, and RBI regulations Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player with strong coordination and time management skills
