Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Knowledge Base Documentation Specialist, located in Indore. The specialist will be responsible for developing and managing the knowledge base, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate. Daily tasks include gathering, analyzing, and documenting information, and providing customer service and support by sharing knowledge effectively. You will communicate with different departments to ensure comprehensive documentation and continuous improvement of resources.
