REITZEL India, situated in Kunigal, focuses on delivering clean-label products free from artificial ingredients to promote healthy living and ensures 100% traceability through Contract Farming, supporting farmers via Fairtrade. As an International Sales Manager at REITZEL, you will be responsible for developing an overall sales strategy and brand sales plans for the entire product portfolio, emphasizing segments, products, and geographies in the Asia Pacific region. Your role will involve managing the complete sales cycle, meeting sales targets, overseeing major accounts, and fostering new business development. Building strong relationships with retailers, QSR Chains, and importers, and managing sales & marketing budgets for the region will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will be required to develop organizational and financial resource plans for the portfolio, coordinate growth projects across internal teams, forecast product pipelines accurately, and analyze competitor and local market information to refine sales strategies for key accounts. Prior experience in Overseas Sales, a willingness to travel globally, a competitive spirit, and a comprehensive understanding of financial, marketing, and operational functions within an organization are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in French, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel are additional skills that would be advantageous.
