I am looking for a draft person with experience on architecture drawings. Responsibilities: Drawing Creation and Revision: Prepare architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software. Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and modifications. Create construction documents, including schedules, specifications, and details. Produce presentation drawings and renderings for client presentations. Technical Proficiency: Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD) to create and modify drawings. Ensure drawings comply with building codes and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions. Organize and manage drawing files and documentation. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely drawing production. Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure drawing compatibility.
