Role Description As a Frontend Developer at Klugsys, you will build the user-facing experiences of Hayy.AI used daily by agents and users across the UAE and global markets. You will work on both mobile apps (Flutter) and website (React/Next.js) , collaborating with UI/UX, backend, and AI teams to transform product ideas into intuitive, high-performing interfaces. This role is ideal for a developer who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about modern frontend technologies and mobile UI experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, high-quality UI for the Hayy.AI Agent App , User App , and the Hayy.AI Web Platform . Implement mobile features using Flutter , including chat UI, property cards, search filters, dashboards, and AI assistant screens. Build scalable and clean web components using React.js / Next.js . Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces. Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency with the Hayy.AI design system, branding, and interaction patterns. Integrate frontend features with backend APIs and AI services (chat, insights, add property, buyer demand, etc.). Implement robust state management for complex UI flows (Flutter Bloc/Provider, React Zustand/Redux). Optimize user experience for speed, responsiveness, and mobile performance. Handle real-time interactions like chat, voice-to-text, and LiveKit integrations. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness on all devices. Work within CI/CD workflows, GitHub repositories, and branching guidelines. Troubleshoot UI bugs, performance issues, and production defects. Collaborate with backend and cloud teams to ensure smooth API communication and deployment pipeline compatibility. Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Requirements (Must Have): 3–5 years of experience in mobile and/or web frontend development. Strong experience with Flutter (Dart) for mobile app development. Strong experience with React.js or Next.js for web application development. Proficient in UI frameworks, responsive design, animations, and custom components. Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets , and real-time data. Good understanding of state management patterns. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, and component-driven development. Experience working with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. Role Description As an AI/ML Engineer at Klugsys, you will design, build, and optimize AI models that power multiple AI features and multi-agent workflows. You will work closely with our backend, cloud, and product teams to build scalable AI systems from model development to inference pipelines and LLM integrations. This role is best suited for someone who has strong foundations in both classical ML and modern LLM-based architectures. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain ML models for price prediction, lead engagement, and recommendation systems. Build AI workflows using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks (OpenAI, Bedrock, LangChain, custom agents). Fine-tune small LLMs or vision-language models for tasks like extraction, classification, or summarization. Build embeddings-based search (Qdrant/Pinecone/AWS Kendra) for property and insights data. Design and deploy inference pipelines on AWS using Lambda, ECS, or serverless GPU services. Build data pipelines for training datasets using AWS Glue, S3, Athena , and Pandas/PySpark. Work with multimodal features text, images, PDF extraction, photos, voice transcriptions. Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles. Collaborate with backend teams to expose ML models as APIs for our mobile & web apps. Integrate with real-world data sources and historical transaction data. Monitor model performance, drift, and accuracy using automated evaluation dashboards. Maintain documentation for training data, model configurations, and inference outputs. Participate in architecture discussions for agentic AI workflows and model selection. Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Requirements (Must Have) 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering. Strong experience with Python , TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and ML pipelines. Experience building and productionizing ML models (regression, classification, clustering). Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipelines. Familiarity with LangChain , OpenAI API, Bedrock, or similar LLM frameworks.
