About the Role:The Assistant Manager / Manager - Training & Development will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the professional growth of employees and drive organizational success. You will collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create learning solutions, and ensure the company remains competitive by investing in the development of its workforce.Job Location: CoimbatoreWorking days : Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities:Training Needs Assessment:Conduct organizational training needs analysis to identify skill gaps. Skill Matrix developmentWork with department heads to understand specific training needs.Design and implement training strategies and calendar aligned with business goals.Training Program Development:Develop engaging and effective training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended learning).Customize existing training content or create new materials as per employee needs and business objectives.Create learning paths for employees at different levels of the organization.Training Delivery:Facilitate training sessions (in-house and external) to enhance employee competencies.Ensure training is interactive, engaging, and impactful.Manage the logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue coordination, and resource allocation.Leadership Development:Develop leadership training programs to foster growth in high-potential employees.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance post-training.Implement succession planning strategies and coaching programs.Evaluation & Reporting:Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.Utilize feedback and performance data to continuously improve training programs.Prepare and present detailed reports on training outcomes and ROI to management.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Work closely with HR, managers, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with the organizations strategic goals.Liaise with external vendors and trainers to bring in subject-matter expertise where necessary.Learning & Development Strategy:Stay updated with trends in learning technologies, methodologies, and tools.Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.Research and implement new technologies (e-learning platforms, gamification, etc.) to enhance the learning experience. Qualifications:Education:Bachelors / Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience:5 to 10 years of experience in Training & Development, HR, or related roles in a corporate environment.Proven experience in managing end-to-end training processes (assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation).Experience in leadership or management development programs is preferred.Skills:Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.Ability to analyze training data and derive actionable insights.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume.
