Key Responsibilities: Email & Inquiry Management: Handle email correspondence with international buyers. Work on inquiries, pricing, and order confirmations. Maintain professional communication with clients. Customer & Market Development: Identify and approach new customers for business development. Arrange and attend meetings with buying houses, agents, and direct buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers. Order & Production Coordination: Understand buyer requirements, specifications, and compliance needs. Coordinate with suppliers for trims, fabrics, and accessories. Ensure smooth order execution from sampling to bulk production. Follow-up & Execution: Regular follow-ups with production teams to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor and track order progress, addressing any delays or quality concerns. Ensure proper documentation and shipment coordination. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, Business, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in garment export merchandising is required. Skills: Strong English proficiency (written & verbal). Ability to handle emails professionally and work on inquiries. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to visit buying houses and sourcing agencies.
