Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies. The role requires proactive customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients. Proven ability in sales strategies, contract negotiation, and generating leads. Proficiency in market research, understanding customer needs, and identifying business opportunities. Problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams. Experience in the chemicals industry or B2B sales is a plus. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Relevant academic qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
