Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor Location: Banjara Hills, Road No. 5, Hyderabad Timings: 4:00 AM โ€“ 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 PM (Split Shift) Salary: 15,000 - 20,000/- (Slighty Negotiable depending on your Experience) Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising staff during two critical time slots of daily operation. Key Responsibilities:Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure timely execution of all kitchen tasks, especially during peak hours. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all workstations. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure kitchen is well-stocked. Address and resolve any operational issues or staff concerns in real time. Maintain daily reports and communicate updates to management. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen setup. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently during early mornings and afternoon shifts. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a team under time pressure.
