Job Title: Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor Summary: Oversee kitchen cleanliness and hygiene. Manage stewarding team, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Responsibilities: Supervision: Direct stewarding team activities. Schedule tasks and provide training. Cleaning: Ensure proper dishwashing and sanitation. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas. Inventory: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment. Order and track inventory. Communication: Coordinate with kitchen staff. Report maintenance issues. Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations. Implement company cleanliness policies. Qualifications: Previous hospitality experience.
