We’re looking for an experienced Tandoor Commis I to join our kitchen team at Lalamama, where every dish is crafted with care and flavor. The ideal candidate should be confident with tandoor operations and have a solid understanding of marination, roasting, and timing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepare tandoor items (roti, naan, kebabs, tikkas, etc.) as per recipe and standards
• Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
• Manage daily mise en place for the tandoor section
• Maintain tandoor equipment and follow safety procedures
• Coordinate with chefs and service staff during operations
• Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience as Tandoor Commis I or II
• Knowledge of marination, roasting, and bread preparation
• Ability to handle pressure during busy hours
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
