Manager: As a QSR Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and staff performance. You will also be responsible for achieving business goals including sales, profitability, cost control, and employee satisfaction. Chef The Continental QSR Chef is responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of Continental dishes quickly, consistently, and hygienically. This includes items such as juices, shakes, mocktails, sandwiches, pasta, salads, grilled items, and side dishes. The chef must ensure portion control, quality, and presentation while maintaining cleanliness and kitchen safety standards in a high-paced QSR environment. Helper A Continental QSR Helper supports chefs and kitchen staff in daily food preparation and kitchen upkeep. The role involves cleaning, basic ingredient preparation, refilling stations, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and hygienically. This position is crucial in maintaining fast-paced QSR operations where Continental dishes are prepared and served quickly.
