We’re on the lookout for a talented Commis I (Continental section) to join our culinary team at Lalamama, where great food pairs perfectly with craft beer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in continental cuisine, with a strong understanding of sauces, grills, and plating.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepare and cook continental dishes as per the menu and chef’s instructions
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Handle mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist in menu prep and support the team during peak hours
• Minimize wastage and maintain portion control

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience as Commis I or II in Continental cuisine
• Strong knowledge of sauces, salads, grills, and pastas
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy kitchen environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
