Kitchen Helper

Job Description

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by the chef. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Store food properly and ensure that stock is rotated to maintain freshness. Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties. Support chefs and cooks with various kitchen tasks during busy hours. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions. Help receive and store deliveries.
