Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, policy creation & implementation, cultural development, and strategic HR programs. This role will not involve payroll or statutory compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to business units by supporting people strategies aligned with organizational goals. Design, develop, and deploy HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across the organization. Drive employee engagement programs, cultural initiatives, and organizational development activities. Identify HR process gaps and propose innovative solutions using data and AI-based tools. Lead initiatives around employer branding, rewards & recognition, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience. Conduct HR analytics using Excel/AI tools to derive insights and recommend improvements. Facilitate communication between employees and management, ensuring employee voice and feedback mechanisms. Coordinate and support performance management cycle, learning needs identification, and talent development programs. Support change management initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge and exposure to HRBP functions, talent development, OD, and engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-based HR tools. Strong analytical abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
