Job Description

Help students learn the basics of school and prepare them for first grade. Their responsibilities include: TeachingIntroduce students to subjects like reading, writing, math, letter recognition, phonics, and science, as well as social and emotional skills Lesson planningCreate weekly lesson plans that integrate goals and objectives, and use a variety of approaches and tools to keep lessons engaging Classroom managementCreate a safe and supportive environment, enforce rules, and model positive behavior Student assessmentObserve and assess students' performance, skill, behavior, and social development, and look for potential issues CommunicationDiscuss students' needs with parents and administrators, and communicate subject content to students in a way they can understand Other responsibilitiesMaintain grades, encourage creativity, and work closely with other staff Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: English teaching: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Required) Language: English Hindi Odia (Required) License/Certification: NTT (Preferred) Location: Bhubaneshwar, Orissa (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 07/04/2025
