Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development in line with CISCE guidelines. Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning through play, music, storytelling, and creative activities. Teach basic concepts of language, numbers, and general awareness using interactive and age-appropriate methods. Develop children's motor, cognitive, and social skills through hands-on activities. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for young learners. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents. Maintain discipline and classroom order while ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development workshops. Preferred candidate profile : Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training/Nursery Teacher Training (NTT). Additional Qualification: B.Ed.
