Job Description:
Kinaxis developer/support
Expertise in authoring all types of resources like worksheets & workbooks, alerts, scheduled tasks & automation chain in RR
Able to prioritize and categories tickets thereby providing resolution and solution to customer on time depending upon severity & SLA's
Data monitoring & data refresh in Prod and non-Prod servers and there by taking corrective actions for the failed jobs Must be capable of training and mentoring team members to improve techno-functional capability of the team
Deliver high quality of service/operations and continuous improvement through outflow and recurrence prevention of incidents.
Own Tier 1/2 solution as required, enhance solution stability and service quality eventually enabling increase in customer consumption and adoption of the service.
Consistently demonstrate customer centricity and relentless attitude to innovate through positive teamwork beyond his/her team
