About The Opportunity

A consulting firm operating in the Supply Chain Planning & Digital Transformation sector, delivering RapidResponse implementations, supply-chain optimization and integrated planning solutions for manufacturing, retail, pharma and CPG clients. We help clients unlock faster decision-making through connected planning, scenario simulation and end-to-end inventory optimization.

India — On-site (client-facing implementation and support engagements).Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Bristlecone Kinaxis Solution Consultant are as mentioned below:

Working on Kinaxis Rapid Response engagements and supporting solution design and consulting on new Kinaxis RR enhancements. Ensure a successful implementation and key deliverables for the project by working in collaboration with multi-cultural teams, customers, Kinaxis, and partners. Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status  

What You’ll Be Doing...

Experience in Supply Chain Planning consulting experience
Support design of Kinaxis Maestro solution design for enhancements as required.
Specialty consulting on new solution enhancement design.
Hands-on experience of working on Kinaxis Rapid Response
Should be well versed with the knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization. Understanding end-to-end supply chain planning concepts focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and SOP, and different issues involved in the supply chain management
Supply chain planning functional design and implementation experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response. Experience in implementation of Kinaxis demand planning and supply planning.
Deep knowledge of Workbooks and data needs for Kinaxis
Certified Kinaxis Rapid Response
Ability to understand client requirements and configure customized solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Provide thought leadership in terms of designs and best practices to the customer and the team 
Ensure timely and periodic communication with regards to the progress and anticipated concerns of the client 
In addition to meeting the accepted SLAs, also facilitates improvement and upside (expansion) opportunities post-delivery
