Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented US Tax Preparer to join our team. As a Tax Preparer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with tax filing, ensuring they comply with all federal, state, and local regulations while maximizing their potential returns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of tax codes, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and file US based individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.) in compliance with tax laws and regulations. Review financial records such as income statements and documentation to ensure accuracy. Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize deductions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Assist with tax-related questions, provide explanations for deductions, credits, and other tax-related matters. Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently during tax season. Qualifications : Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in tax preparation or bookkeeping is highly preferred but freshers are welcome to apply Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
