KG Teacher

• Curriculum Development: Design and deliver engaging lessons for basic subjects like math, science, and reading, using creative, hands-on teaching methods.
• Social-Emotional Learning: Teach children good manners, discipline, and social skills to prepare them for future educational experiences.
• Classroom Management: Establish a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment, enforce rules, and manage student behavior.
• Student Assessment: Monitor children's performance and progress, conduct evaluations, and record their development to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Parent Communication: Collaborate with parents to provide feedback on their child's progress and set goals for their development.
• Safety and Supervision: Ensure the well-being of students and supervise them in and out of the classroom, such as during lunchtime and recess.

Key Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is typically required.
• Certification: State-issued teaching certification or licensure in early childhood education may be necessary.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching or working with young children in an educational setting is often preferred.
